If a student’s aid is greater than their charges, there will be an estimated credit balance. Students with an estimated credit balance will be eligible to purchase books and supplies at the campus bookstore from Monday, April 6 – Wednesday, July 8 according to the terms stated below. The amount allowed will be capped at the amount of the estimated credit balance, not to exceed $1,000.
Financial aid may be applied to student accounts at the beginning of April 2021.
May and Full term – Last day to charge books and supplies: Tuesday, May 11, 2021
Last day to return any books: Wednesday, May 12, 2021
Summer I and Combined term – Last day to charge books and supplies: Wednesday, June 9, 2021
Last day to return any books: Friday, June 11, 2021
Summer II – Last day to charge books and supplies: Wednesday, July 14, 2021
